After-Hours / Emergency Warranty Requests
If you are experiencing an emergency such as an active water leak or a loss of heat or air conditioning, please call our after-hours emergency line at 931-391-3800 and leave a voicemail. This voicemail box is actively monitored by a member of our team and is the primary way emergency requests are received after hours. Please note that this is a call number ONLY; it cannot accept texts. All non-emergency concerns should be submitted as usual by completing the form below.
To protect your warranty, please do not contact outside contractors directly. We’re unable to reimburse those costs, and unauthorized repairs may affect warranty coverage. Our team will coordinate service and work to address the issue as soon as possible, depending on road and weather conditions.
