Once you've decided on your floor plan and location, the hard part is done! We'll formalize the details in a contract and begin the exciting process of building your new home. You'll meet our team in our Design Showroom to make your decorative selections including brick color, siding color, flooring, granite or quartz, cabinets and more! After about 90 days, you'll conduct your final walk-through of the home and set up the closing. We'll hand you the keys, but our relationship doesn't end there—our warranty program ensures we're just a click away for support as you settle in.
